First Article

Article 1 Coal mine survey work is an important part of mine production and construction, and it is also the basis for various tasks such as mine construction, production, transformation, and preparation of long-term development plans. In order to standardize coal mine survey work, further improve the quality of work, make coal mine surveys better serve the safe production of coal mines and the rational exploitation of coal resources, and continuously improve the economic and social benefits of coal mine enterprises, this regulation is formulated.

Article 2 The main tasks of coal mine survey work are:

1. Establish a mine ground and underground (open pit) measurement control system to provide starting data for various coal mine measurement tasks;

2. According to the design documents, carry out engineering surveys such as mining (stripping), civil engineering, pipelines and electromechanical installation, and check and supervise whether the mining (stripping) project is in accordance with the design and construction at each stage of the basic construction and production of the coal mine;

3. Use surveying and mapping data to solve various surveying and mapping problems raised in coal mine production, construction and transformation, and provide relevant surveying and mapping data for the prevention and rescue of coal mine disasters;

4. Surveying and mapping of various coal mines to meet the needs of coal mine production, construction and planning;

5. Regularly carry out statistical analysis of the "three quantities" of the mine (exploited coal quantity, prepared coal quantity and recovered coal quantity), the open-pit mine "two quantities" (exploited coal quantity, recovered coal quantity) and the open-pit mining stripping statistics; Correctly reflect the current status of coal mining (stripping) relations. According to the requirements of the "Provisions for the Management of Production Mine Reserves", statistics and management of reserves dynamics and losses at all levels of coal mines, and business supervision of the rational exploitation of coal resources;
