GB / T1273 ((Ocean Survey Code) is divided into 11 parts:

——Part 1: General rules;

——Part 2: Marine Hydrological Observation;

——Part 3: Marine meteorological observations;

——Part 4: Investigation of marine chemical elements;

——Part 5: Investigation of marine acoustic and optical elements;

——Part 6: Marine life survey;

——Part 7: Marine survey data exchange;

——Part 8: Marine Geological and Geophysical Survey;

——Part 9: Guidelines for marine ecological surveys;

——Part 10: Survey of seabed topography and landforms;

——Part 11: Geological survey of marine engineering.

Among them, Part 9, Part 10 and Part 11 correspond to GB / T127 6 3-1919, which are newly added parts.

This part is the fourth part of GB / T1273. This section replaces GB / T127.63. 4-1991 "Code for marine surveys Part 4: Observation of seawater chemical elements".

This section is related to GB / T127.63. The main changes from 4 to 1991 are as follows:

——According to GB / T1. 1-2000 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1: Standard Structure and Writing Rules" stipulates that the standard formatting format has been modified, mainly including: "the article" is changed to "chapter"; the terms and definitions are separated into articles; The “measurement method” of each element is deleted, and after the content is supplemented, it is divided into “technical indicators”, “method principles”, “reagents and their preparation”, “instruments and equipment”, “water sample loading, pretreatment and storage” "," Measurement steps "and" Calculations "7 items;

——Revised the original "technical design" to "principles and requirements of survey plan design" (3 of the 1991 edition and 4.1 of this edition);

——Revised the original "preparation before going to sea" to "investigation plan and its implementation" (6 of the 1991 edition, 4.2 of this edition);

——Revised the original "Quality Control of the Measurement Process" to "Quality Assurance and Analysis Quality Control" (5 of 1991 edition, 4.3 of this edition);

——Renamed the original "Determination of Ammonia" to "Determination of Ammonium Salt" (the ninth edition of the 1991 edition, 12 of this edition);

——The original “Determination of Chlorinity (Silver Titration Method)” was changed to “Determination of Chloride (Silver Titration Method)” (Part 10 of the 1991 edition, 13 of this edition) {——Redesigned “ Record table format "(see Appendix E);

——Added two analytical methods: “Total phosphorus determination (potassium persulfate oxidation method)” and “Total nitrogen determination (potassium persulfate oxidation method)” (14 in this edition and 15 in this edition);

——Added “Determination of Dissolved Oxygen (Spectrophotometry)” as the editor of the normative appendix (see Appendix D);

——Added “Dissolved Oxygen Measurement (Spectrophotometry) Record Form”, “Total Phosphorus Measurement Record Form”, “Dissolved Oxygen Measurement (Spectrophotometry) K Value Record Form”, “Total Nitrogen Measurement Record Form” and “Sea Water Five types of record table formats, such as chemical element data reports, are used as informative appendices (see Table E.13, Table E.14, Table E.15, Table E.16, and Table E.17).

Appendix A, Appendix B, Appendix C and Appendix D of this part are normative appendixes, and Appendix E and Appendix F are informative appendixes.

This section is proposed by the State Oceanic Administration. This section is under the jurisdiction of the National Ocean Standard Measurement Center. This section is drafted by: The Third Ocean Research Institute of the State Oceanic Administration is responsible for drafting. The Second Ocean Research Institute of the State Oceanic Administration, the Ocean Environment Monitoring Center of the National Oceanic Administration, the South China Sea Branch of the National Oceanic Administration, and the East China Sea Branch of the State Oceanic Administration participated in the drafting.
